173rd Ethereum All Core Developers Meeting: Glamsterdam Upgrade Faces Schedule Pressure

Kim's summary on the X platform of the 173rd Ethereum consensus layer core developers' meeting, in order to launch the Glamsterdam upgrade before mid-year, developers may need to significantly reduce the upgrade scope.
